Notice Regarding of 40th anniversary dividend (financial year ended March, 2015)

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd resolved at a meeting of the Board of Directors on April 30, 2014 to pay a dividend of financial year ended March, 2015 as follows.

1.　Reasons

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd marks its 40th anniversary on June 20, 2014.
We deeply appreciate the supports over many years of owners, tenants, shareholders, and the members concerned.
Therefore, we resolved to pay payout ratio 50% accepted consolidated results
(general dividend 371yen) as a part of basic policy of dividend and 40th anniversary dividend (20 yen/ share) because of steady achievements, financial conditions, and appreciation to supports of shareholders.

This matter will be resolved at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June, 2015.
