Notice - regarding amendments to the financial and dividend forecasts


Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd would like to announce amendments to the financial forecasts and the dividend forecasts per share for the year ending March 31, 2012, released on May 10, 2011.

　１）Reasons for amendments
　Sales and income will exceed the original plan because of the reasons belowed.
・Sales on construction will be increased by the advanced construction starts to the original plan, because the applicable period of the eco-point system for the housing construction was deteremined to be shortened from the end of December to July.
・The outlook on sales on construction at the disastered area (not originally planed) was secured.
