Daito Trust Construction is proud to announce that the number of leasing residential units under management by our subsidiary, Daito Building Management, broke through 600,000.

The number of leasing residential units under management by our subsidiary, Daito Building Management, reached 603,052 at the end of April, 2010.
Total units under management sums up 642,269 with 39,217 for commercial use.
We estimate it goes to 691,300 (662,000 for residential use and 39,300 for commercial use) by the end of March, 2011.
According to a newspaper"Zenkoku Chintai Jutaku Shimbun", we rank 1st place in the number of units under management.

Daito's share of construction started units go to 16.2% for the year ended March, 2010.(Total : 311,463 units, Daito : 50,375 units)
