Notice - regarding amendments to the non-consolidated financial forecasts

2.　Reasons for amendments

As for the non-consolidated financial results, net income will exceed the previous forecasts for the reasons below.
  ・ Received dividend from subsidiary, DAITO ASIA DEVELOPMENT PTE LTD,..
  ・ Applied to foreign tax credit on its dividend received, the amount of corporate income tax was reduced.

In addition, we do not plan to revise the consolidated financail forecasts for the year ended March, 2010.
