Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. acquired the company's treasury stocks
in the market under Article 156 as applied pursant to the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of
the Company Law of Japan.
This acquisition has brought to complete the acquisition of
its treasury stocks in accordance with the resolution approved at the meeting
of board of directors held on Apr. 28, 2009.
