2. Reasons for amendments
As for the non-consolidated results, net sales and all income will exceed the previous forecasts for the reasons below.
・ Net sales on constructions will exceed the previous forecasts by moving up constructions.
・ Profit margin ratio on constructions will exceed the previous forecasts by the effect of reducing costs of constructions.
As for the consolidated results, even though our subsidiary, Daito Building Management Co., Ltd, will not achieve original financial forecasts because of lowering occupancy ratio,
good performance above mentioned will make them better than original financial forecasts.
In addition, we do not plan to revise the full-year financail forecasts for the year ending March, 2010.
