The number of units under management by our subsidiary, Daito Building Management, reached 601,619 (562,191 for residential use and 39,428 for commercial use) at the end of July, 2009. We estimate it goes to 642,000 (602,400 for residential use and 39,600 for commercial use) by the end of March, 2010. According to a newspaper"Zenkoku Chintai Jutaku
Shimbun", we rank 1st grade in the number of units under management.
3. Comprehensive support services by Lease Management Trust System
In our quest to meet the demands of landowners and tenants, we develop our unique"Lease Management Trust System"through which we assume responsibility for lease property management on behalf of landowners. Under the system, we undertake lease property management as thirty- year whole-building lease, from initial proposals to building design and construction, tenant recruiting and property management-while taking on all the risks involved in the process.
