Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd., is pleased to announce releasing 2nd-story apartment built by "system brace" structure,
"Modessa NK LEGINAS".
"Modessa NK LEGINAS" is No.4 apartment in a series of Modessa NK built by system brace structure that is especially designed
for couples and families. It is also available "Flat type"(*), which is superior to keep privacy.

The entrances for all tenants are located on the 1st floor (tenants living
on the 2nd floor use inside stairs to go up to the 2nd floor). This style

2. Naming of "Modessa NK LEGINAS"
|
It is named after the meaning of "Modern-designed complex apartment with impressive features of
natural outer walls and eaves".
"Modessa": It is artificial word mixed of "Mode", "Design", "Simple", "Sharp" and "Satisfaction".
"LEGINAS" : It is also artificial word mixed of "Solid", "Edge", "Natural" and "Residence".

3. A variety of flexible layout to adapt any demands of tenants
|
It can be available to select layouts with demand of tenants. On the first floor,
they can choose either 1LDK type or 2DK type. By partitioning 1LDK type, it can be used as 2DK type.
On the second floor, tenants can also choose either a single swing door or four panels'swing door
for the room next to dining and kitchen.
Besides, LDK each apartment has 18㎡ to 21㎡. It is equipped with walk-in closets and the enough
space of useful layout. The size of area is 44㎡ - 57㎡.

4. System brace structure withstanding earthquake
|
Superior to withstand earthquake of the original technology, a steel-frame "system brace" is adopted. Moreover, arranged effective braces,
it can be built by not only low cost but strong structure against earthquake compared to general moment frame.
