Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Shinichi Hirai), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior day-service centers in Funabashi city
(Chiba), Komaki city (Aichi) and Onomichi city (Hiroshima) in May.
These Day-service centers are undertaken construction by Daito Trust Co., Ltd received a contract from landowners. Then Care Partner rent a building and operating. There are 61 Operating Day-service centers countrywide.

2. Present Situation of Care Partner
About 6,000 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 9,800
people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery services.
3. Future Plan
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
one more project is scheduled in this year.
