Notice - regarding a part of modification of grant of stock option(warrant)

| Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. would like to announce that stock option was made at both the compnay's 30th
Ordinary meeting of shareholders on June 29, 2004 and its board of directors on April 18, 2005 will be revised a part
in accordance with the resolution approved at the meeting of board of directors held on June 25, 2009.

1. Reason for the Modification
Due to the global downturn in the stock market, as a situation where these rights have not been exercised has lasted
for a long period, in order to maintain the motivation and the morale of the Directors, Executive Officers
and Employees of the Company and its affiliates for improving the performance of the group of the Company, we propose
extention of the exercise period of the warrants.
2. Content of the Modification: Exercise period of warrants
(Before modification)
From June 30, 2006 up to June 29, 2009
(After modification)
From June 30, 2006 up to June 29, 2012

Note: It is prerequisite of a part of modification to the resolution of Proposal 7 (Issuance of warrants to persons
other than shareholders with particularly favorable conditions) of the Company's 30th Ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders, which will be held in June 25, 2009, will be approved in that Meeting. |
