Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. purchased the company's own stocks
in the market under Article 156 as applied pursant to the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of
the Company Law of Japan.
This purchase has brought to completion the acquisition of
its own stocks in accordance with the resolution approved at the meeting
of board of directors held on May 21, 2008.
