Execution
of shareholder return policy

As we've already released in "Notice - Progress of considering about
capital policy -" on 30th May, 2008, we've been considering about
capital policy from comprehensive aspects of improving both value of corporate
and shareholders, because we receive our large shareholder is going to
assign his equity. So we release the present situation of affairs.
As we've already released in "Notice - Progress of considering about capital policy -" on 3rd Oct, 2008, we've been considering about being unlisted as one of the options of comprehensive capital policy from last year, but for now it gets into difficulty in executing this option because of recent drastic change of economic environment.
And we've been considering about capital policy from comprehensive aspects of improving both value of corporate and shareholders, however economic environment does not pick up, so for now it gets into difficulty in executing any capital policy.
In view of present financial situation, we've judged it's difficult to consider about feasible capital policy. So we decided to cancel capital policy we've been considering after we received the intention that our large shareholder was going to assign his equity. And as we've already released in "Notice - Shareholder return policy ( Dividend・Acquire treasury stock )of FY2008 -" on 21st May, 2008, as a part of shareholder return policy we're going to acquire treasury stock like below.
