1.Southern France Provence Villa Design
|
These type apartments are Southern France Provence style. It's constructed
with Southern European style like an orange roof, arched porch, casting
style mural decoration and flower box.
The exterior wall is preparable two varieties, "Two-tone type"
is patterned with plastered wall and stone bond wall another is "Simple-color
type". These buildings match up with town and surround either
have unique presence. |

2. Naming of "Sunremy Ratie Ⅲ"
|
The "SUNREMY-RATIE" name came from a combination of some
wards "SAINT-REMY" which is a name of a town in Southern Europe,
"SUN", "RASSEMBLER" which is a French word meaning
to assemble, "AMITIES" which is a French word meaning familiar.,
and added "Ⅲ" for meaning three-story. There four words have
been chosen to create a comfortable and familiar living environment.

3 Comfortable Combination plan for felling one-unit home style
|
The "Sunremy Ratie Ⅲ" is able to construct combine FLAT
PLAN(Flat style) and **MAISONETTE PLAN(Duplex style), its Daito's original
plan. A first floor is wide entrance and ample two bed-room type, second
and third floor are Duplex style which is excellent protecting privacy,
also can make comfortable two bed room layout. There is a skylight in stairwell
and you can have feel of oneness of two and second floors. Every dwelling
unit has separate entrance on first floor, so make one-units home style.
