Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Shinichi Hirai), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, is opening senior day
service center in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture.
This Day-service Centers is undertaken construction by Daito Trust Co.,
Ltd received a contract from landowners. Then Care Partner rent a building
and operating. There are 58 Operating day-service centers countrywide.

2. Situation of Care Partner
About 5,600 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 8,800
people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.This
is the 3rd center in Kanagawa prefecture. Other 2 centers are operating
in Sagamihara city (Opened September, 2004) and Kawasaki city (Opened April,
2007).
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
4 more projects are scheduled.
