Based on this policy, annual dividend forecast is going to be \104/per share. Treasury stock acquire Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd sets a policy which acquire a treasury stock (for wire-off) upper 50% basis previous term net income (non-consolidated), when certain condition are met such as current net income over \10billion and also, there aren't large capital demands. Bases on this policy, we are going to acquire treasury stock as below. (1) Detail 1). Acquire share type : Common share 2). Amount number of acquire share : 2,760,000(upper) (Ratio of issued share 2.2%) 3).
