Amendment to Articles of Incorporation

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. announces that the board of directors meeting held on May 21, 2008 resolved that following amendments to the articles of incorporation will be discussed at the 34rd ordinary shareholder's meeting scheduled to be held on June 26, 2008.

1. Purpose of the Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company

To respond to the diversification of business in the Group, it is proposed that the Article 2 (Purpose) of the current Articles of Incorporation be amended to add business purposes.

2. Content of the Amendment

The Company proposes that the Articles of Incorporation of the Company be amended as follows:
