Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service center in Nonoichi town, Ishikawa prefecture and Oita city, Oita prefecture
on March.
These Day-service Centers are undertaken construction by Daito Trust Co., Ltd received a contract from landowners. Then Care Partner rent a building and operating.There are 55 Operating day-service centers countrywide.

2. Situation of Care Partner
About 4,000 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 6,600
people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
7 more projects are scheduled.
