Senior Day Service Center "Care Partner Iwaki" Begins Operation |

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service center in Iwaki city, Fukushima prefecture in October.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust
Construction under the contracts with landowners. "Care Partner Iwaki"
is the 51st day-service center.

2. Situation of Care Partner
About 3,300 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 5,200 people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.Care Partner Iwaki is the 2nd center in Fukushima prefecture. Care Partner Fukushima has been opened in May 2006.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
11 more projects are scheduled.
