2.¡¡Reasons for the revision
1) Previous interim results forecast included 7.5 billion yen which is
extraordinary profit of business and assets transfer of Shanghai Daito
Trust Construction Co., Ltd (wholly owned subsidiary, Chairman Katsumi
Tada). However, 7.5 billion yen will be included in the second half of
the fiscal year due to the delay of its transfer. Therefore, interim net
income was decreased.
2) There is no change in the non-consolidated interim results forecast
and consolidated & non-consolidated full-year results forecast as of
this moment.
