Senior Day Service Center "Care Partner Narita" Begins Operation |

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service center in Narita city, Chiba prefecture in August.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust
Construction under the contracts with landowners. Care Partner Co., Ltd.
has been expanding its business countrywide since it opened the first center
"Care Partner Kawaguchi" in Saitama prefecture in June 1999.
"Care Partner Narita" is the 50th day-service center.

2. Care Partner in Chiba prefecture
Care Partner Narita is the 9th center in Chiba prefecture. Other 8 centers are in Noda, Kashiwa (2 centers), Funabashi, Matsudo (2 centers), Kisarazu, and Yachiyo city in Chiba. About 400 senior citizens in Chiba use the facilities and about 660 people use the visit-base nursing-care services & food delivery service.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
10 more projects are scheduled.
