Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened day service
centers at Yachiyo city, Chiba prefecture in June, Adachi-ku, Tokyo and
Okayama city, Okayama prefecture in July.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust Construction under the contracts with landowners. 49 day-service centers including 3 new centers are in operation now.

2. Situation of Care Partner
About 3,100 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 4,900 people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
11 more projects are scheduled to open.
