Amendment to Articles of Incorporation

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. announces that the board of directors meeting held on May 21, 2007 resolved that following amendments to the articles of incorporation will be discussed at the 33rd ordinary shareholder's meeting scheduled to be held on June 27, 2007.

1. Reasons for Amendments

　For the purpose of improving convenience for public notice viewers and curtailing expenses for such public notices, it is proposed that method for public notices be amended to electronic public notification in order to stipulate an alternative method for public notices in the event that an electronic notice is not available due to an accident or any other unavoidable circumstance.
