Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened 10 senior
day service centers from April to May in 2007.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust
Construction under the contracts with landowners. 46 day-service centers
including 10 new centers are in operation now.

2. Situation of Care Partner
About 3,000 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 4,700
people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
13 more projects are scheduled to open.
