New Senior Day Service Center "Hakodate" Begins Operation |

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service center in Hakodate city, Hokkaido in March 2007.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust
Construction under the contracts with landowners. It is the first center
in Hokkaido 36 day-service centers including Care Partner Hakodate are
in operation now.

2. Situation of Care Partner
About 2,900 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 4,600 people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.
3.Kitchen in a center of the facility
Care Partner has three themes for senior's quality life, "Have fun!", "Enjoy a meal!" and "Keep smiling!".
Care Partner Hakodate set up a kitchen in a center of the facility so that
seniors can enjoy the good smell of food, sound of cooking and view of
the kitchen. And of course, staff serves tasty dishes with the greatest
care.
4. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
23 more projects are scheduled.
