New apartment building "mismo",
the first product in the series of "life pallet"

Daito Trust Construction is pleased to announce the release of 2x4 method 2-story apartment building "mismo". It is designed for single households and couples to meet their various life styles.

　1. Concept
The new apartment building allows residents flexible use. "mismo" is a first product in the series of "life pallet".

　2. Sleek and sophisticated exterior design Exterior design
Exterior walls are designed simple with well balanced.

　3. Outdoor space
Three types of outdoor space are available for the first floor housing.

a) Sunroom + Wood deck
b) Sunroom + Balcony
c) Sunroom

  4. Naming of "mismo"
The name is a coined word combining 4 English words, "mint", "air" "prism" and "harmony" to express the image of "bright and breezy open space".

　5. Size and layout
The floor space designed for single household and couples is 36.79㎡ for the first floor including sunroom, and 33.34 for the second floor excluding loft space.

a) Multi-use side room
   It can be used as one room by opening folding door, or could be also used as a    walk-in closet.
b) First floor sunroom
   It can be widened to one spacious room by opening a sliding screen door.
c) Second floor loft space
   The second floor loft space 10.67 with window can serve multi purpose such as
   a play room, study room and bedroom.
c) Large storage space at entrance
   The space can be utilized for storing bulky items such as vacuum cleaner, golf sets
