New Senior Day Service Centers "Oyama" and "Minamikashiwa" Begin Operation |

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service centers, one in Tochigi prefecture in January and the other
is in Chiba prefecture in February.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust
Construction under the contracts with landowners. 35 day-service centers
including Care Partner Oyama and Care Partner Minamikashiwa are in operation
now.

2. Situation of Care Partner
About 2,800 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 4,600
people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day-service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
24 more projects are scheduled.
