New Senior Day Service Centers "Shibata"and "Minato" begins operation |

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened two senior
day service centers in Shibata city, Niigata prefecture and Nagoya city,
Aichi prefecture in September.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust
Construction under the contracts with landowners. 32 day-service centers
are in operation now.

2. Situations of Care Partner
About 2,400 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 4,000
people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.
Care Partner supports seniors to keep in their good physical conditions.
Every centers employ exercise experts. The exercise program using machine
for seniors has received an excellent reputation.
3. Nursing care through food service
Care Partner believes "food service" is one of the important
elements of nursing care. Considering balanced diet, Care Partner serves
two menu for each meal everyday. In order to make the visitors feel comfortable
and at home, Care Partner also pays attention to the tableware, and carefully
coordinate them. Serving local cuisine cooked with local specialties every
month is also one of many ideas on food service at Care Partner.
Care Partner's variety of plans on nursing care through food service includes dinner delivery to homes of elderly people.
4. Business practice
It has been our way to locate senior day service centers on the 1st floor of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively. 28 more projects are scheduled.
