Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service center in Ikawadani city in Kobe in August.
Care Partner rents the space of the building constructed by Daito Trust
Construction under the contracts with landowners. 30 day service centers
are in operation now.

2. Situations of Care Parter
About 2,600 senior citizens use our day care service centers. About 4,200
people use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service.
Care Partner supports seniors to keep in their good physical conditions.
Every centers employ exercise experts. The exercise program using machine
for seniors has received an excellent reputation.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day service centers on the 1st floor of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
