1. Naming of Prigia

	"Prigia" is a coined word combining "Private" and "Georgia".  It means "My Georgian style residence"

	Overall design features Georgian style, traditional architecture of England. Classic parts of the housing such as attractive domer windows, beautifully colored exterior walls, western-style grilled window with louvers and decorative entrance eaves are arranged in modern style.

　3. Functional dwelling unit

There are 2 unit layouts. 1K unites (one room and kitchen) for first floor start at 32.90 square meter and 1LDK unites (one room, living room, dining room and kitchen) for second floor start at 42.80 square meter. These units fit the needs of singles and couples. All dwellings come furnished with the following items. a) Popular face to face type kitchen counter b) Adjustable shower head water faucet, useful for sink cleaning c) 24 hours automated ventilation system d) Energy-conserving AC/Heating unit (one for each dwelling) e) Vibration control flooring** (second floor only)     ** Floor cushioned to absorb vibration and noise f) Wood toned shoe shelf with natural stone cabinet e) Security door lock, "memory key", with anti-crime function

	Indoor walls are papered with 4-star low formaldehyde cloth and formaldehyde-free adhesive. Flooring is constructed using nontoxic plasterboard and highest ranked 4-star floorboard.
