Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service center in Okazaki city in Aichi prefecture in February.
The business scheme of the senior day-service centers begins from Daito obtaining construction contract for the facility from a landowner and Care Partner leasing the facility for operation upon completion of the construction. 19 day-service centers are in operation now.

2. Services and situations of Care Parter
About 2,300 people use our day care service centers. About 3,800 people
use the visit-base nursing-care services and food delivery service. It
offers services not to worse their condition any further. Veteran exercise
trainers have been employed at each centers. Our training program is well
received.
3. About day-service
Care Partner provides various services coordinating home care planning, meal services and bathing assist for senior citizens, supports their families as well.
Care Partner offers moderate plans to meet the individuals' need so that
senior citizens can enjoy the day at Care Partner. Also, there are seminars
and counseling of home nursing for their families.
4. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
Another 2 day-service centers are opening in this fiscal year, and 28 more
projects are scheduled after the next fiscal year.
