Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. and Care Partner Co., Ltd. (President:
Mitsutaka Kawahara), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daito, opened senior
day service centers in Wakayama, Wakayama prefecture and Houfu, Yamaguchi
prefecture in November.
The business scheme of the senior day-service centers begins from Daito
obtaining construction contract for the facility from a landowner and Care
Partner leasing the facility for operation upon completion of the construction.
18 day-service centers are in operation now.

2. Services and situations of Care Parter
About 2,200 people use our day care service centers. About 3,600 people
use our visit-base nursing-care services and delivery service. We offer
the following services to back-up carers to maintain their condition enabling
them to lead an independent life or for serious case, we offer services
not to worse their condition any further. Every service center have professional
exercise trainers. Our training program to maintain and recover physical
function is well received.
3. Future Scheme
It has been our way to locate senior day service centers on the 1st floor
of condominiums for lease, which enables us to use land most effectively.
Another 3 day-service centers are opening in this fiscal year, and 27 more
projects are scheduled after the next fiscal year.
