Merger of Gaspal Group, 6 Consolidated Subsidiaries |

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. announces that the 6 subsidiaries, propane
gas business, Gaspal Tohoku Co., Ltd., Gaspal Kanto Co., Ltd., Gaspal Chubu
Co., Ltd., Gaspal Kinki Co., Ltd., Gaspal Chugoku Co., Ltd. and Gaspal
Co., Ltd., are scheduled to be merged on July 1, 2005. After this merger,
the name of company becomes Gaspal Co., Ltd.

1. Objectives
Gaspal group plans to develop its business in Japan including Hokkaido
and Shikoku areas. The objectives of this merger are to extend our gas
business to all over Japan with permission from Ministry of Economy and
to increase business efficiency. These 6 subsidiaries are the wholly owned
subsidiaries of our company, and this organization change will not have
any influence on Daito's consolidated financial results ending March 31,
2006.
