new company to promote the employment of physically and mentally challenging
individuals. Daito Corporate Service Co., Ltd. plans to file for designation
as a "special subsidiary" under the Law for Employment Promotion,
etc. of the Disabled, (Article 14-2). |

Daito Corporate Service Co., Ltd accepts several works from Daito Trust
Construction and subsidiaries. At the beginning, the number of employee
is 7 (including 5 disabled persons) and it will increase to 13 (including
10 disabled persons) " in this year. The company plans to file for
designation as a "special subsidiary.

A special subsidiary gives special consideration to employ of physically
and mentally challenging individuals and satisfies the necessary requirements
such as rate of capital and number and rate of challenging employees.
Special subsidiary's employee is considered as a holding company's staff and holding company can include them into its employment rate for challenging individuals. (legal employment rate: 1.8%)
